About Us

Lucy Wynn and Paula Wood both run businesses in Fleet and have a shared love of fitness and being outdoors. They came up with the idea of Fleet Netwalking as it supports both of their interests and offers a healthier, enjoyable alternative to networking.

Lucy Wynn

Brand Consultant and Graphic Designer at Wynn Creative, Fleet

Lucy set up Wynn Creative in 2008 having worked in various design agencies across the London and the South East. She helps businesses build their brands enabling them to communicate effectively and consistently across all platforms.

Whether you are a start up or a more established organisation, Lucy can work with you to create a brand which truly reflects what you do and enables you to stand out from your competition. This process often starts with the need for a logo which she designs with your unique selling points in mind. Lucy ensures your logo is more than just a ‘badge’, but instead has the capacity to creatively shape all your future communications, not just with the practical elements of colours and fonts, but with an entire bespoke toolkit demonstrating how your brand can work to promote your business.

Paula Wood

Registered Dietitian and Owner at Hartwood Health, Fleet

Paula is a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience working in the public and private health sectors. She started her career working in the NHS as clinical dietitian, then moved over to research, working for the UK Armed Forces involved in large pieces of work improving the nutritional and physical health of military personnel. Paula specialises in gastrointestinal disorders including irritable bowel syndrome and coeliac disease, weight loss, weight maintenance and sports nutrition.

Paula loves to help individuals optimise their health and wellbeing and she strongly believes that health problems and achieving  health goals cannot always be treated in isolation. There needs to be a whole body (mental and physical) approach to identify where the problem really originates from and best ways to achieve better health. This led her to set up Hartwood Health, a multi-disciplinary healthcare centre in Oct 2019, that offers this integrated approach to health and wellbeing.
